10 Feb Green Park Homes takes shape as first phase nears completion
Alpha Mead Development Company (AMDC) – Nigeria’s first Real Estate Development Company certified to international standards (ISO 9001:2015) has announced that the first set of units in its ongoing development: Green Park Homes are nearing completion.
The 100-unit estate which was launched in the last quarter of 2019 was set up, to provide middle income Nigerians with an affordable means of securing their own homes, is fast taking shape.
While giving an update on the project, General Manager, Construction & Major Renovation Projects, Alpha Mead Development Company, Engr. Femi Oludare said ‘’ Green Park Homes is not just another estate, it is a project that took into consideration the housing needs of the middle-income, and was created to provide the perfect solution to these needs. Since we started this project, our team has remained focused on delivering an estate of the highest quality, and I am glad to share with you that we have completed the blockwork and roofing for the first set of units’’

The first set of units in the estate will be delivered to subscribers within the next few weeks, and this will be the second major project that will be delivered by AMDC in less than 4 months.
Its technology-powered project, Lekki Pearl, which consists of 56 units of 3-bedroom flats, 4 bedroom Semi-Detached, 4 Bedroom Terrace & 5 Bedroom Fully detached apartments, and located on the fastest growing real estate corridor in West-Afrca, Lekki-Epe, adjacent Lagos Business School was delivered to its subscribers in December, 2019.
